Here you can select conversion of your B-FCL licence for pilot of balloons. You can do this by a transfer or a conversion.

Transfer EASA B-FCL to Dutch B-FCL

If you have a B-FCL licence from another EASA member state, then you can convert this into a Dutch B-FCL licence. For this, go to this application page for a transfer.

Transfer Dutch B-FCL to EASA B-FCL

If you have a Dutch B-FCL licence, you can convert this into a B-FCL in another EASA member state. In this case, you request the transfer in the country where you wish to receive a B-FCL. The authorities in that country will contact Kiwa in order to complete the transfer.

Convert licence into a Dutch B-FCL

If you have an ICAO licence, you can convert this into a Dutch B-FCL. For this, go to this application page for a conversion.
