Here you can select conversion of your Part-FCL licence for pilots of aircraft. You can do this by a transfer or a conversion.

Transfer EASA Part-FCL to Dutch Part-FCL

If you have a Part-FCL licence from another EASA member state, then you can convert this into a Dutch Part-FCL licence. For this, go to this application page for a transfer.

Transfer Dutch Part-FCL to EASA Part-FCL

If you have a Dutch Part-FCL licence, you can convert this into a Part-FCL in another EASA member state. In this event, you request the transfer in the country where you want to receive a Part-FCL. The authorities in that country will contact Kiwa in order to complete the transfer.

Convert licence to a Dutch Part-FCL

If you have an ICAO licence, you can convert this into a Dutch Part-FCL. For this, go to this application page for a conversion.
