If the validity of your licence has expired, or is full, lost, stolen or damaged, you can apply again for the same licence. This page explains what you have to do.

What do I need?

You must supply the following requirements by sending an e-mail to nl.luchtvaart@kiwa.com:

  • A copy of a valid medical certificate (medical suitability for applying for licence type)
  • A copy of the front and rear of the present licence

Application and delivery

After reception of your application, this will be processed as quickly as possible. You will receive the invoice, and possibly a request for supplying additional information by e-mail. After your application is complete and has been paid for, the processing of your application will take approximately 30 working days. After this period, the decision will be sent to you by post or by e-mail. You can find more information about the application process on the Handling of an application and delivery page.

Express Service

During an application for a Part-FCL conversion for pilots of helicopters, you can select the Express Service. Your application is then given priority. In addition to the product fee, you will pay an additional 25% of the product fee for each Express Service request, with a minimum of € 130.68 (including 21% VAT and delivery by regular mail). Read more about this service on the page Express Service aviation products.
