Waiting time for aviation applications
At this moment the lead time for handling applications for aviation (Part-FCL) is longer than you are used to from us. This means that it will take longer for your application to be processed (approximately 18 working days). Once your application has been handled, you will receive an invoice and possibly a request for additional information. Handling of your application will start after payment has been received and the information is complete. This process takes about 15 working days. Kiwa Register will make every effort to bring the handling times to the level that you are used to.
What does this mean for you?
We make every effort to process every application as soon as possible. Therefore, we are unable to answer questions about the status of your application. If your application was submitted more than 18 working days ago, please contact us by phone. When submitting your application, please keep this longer waiting period in mind and submit your application as early as possible.
